Nike Training Club: Wellness For All
When quarantine started one of my first thoughts was, how am I going to stay fit? For over a year, I’d been kickboxing and taking strength classes 5-6 times a week. It had become a good habit and I loved it. I didn’t want to lose that.
At first, I made up my own workouts and did them in the park. It worked, but my creativity was a bit limited.
Around April, I found out that the Nike Training Club app was offering its premium training videos for free. I tried it out and loved it. It wasn’t the same as going to the gym, but it was as close as I could get at home. The premium videos are guided by instructors and they’re beautifully shot. It was a great addition to the daily walks that I was getting in.
My gym has been open for a month now, but I still don’t feel comfortable going back and I’m not sure when I will. So, I was super excited when I received an alert on the app that announced that Nike is making the app free forever. It’s a huge win…especially since there is no telling when the gym is going to feel safe again.
No matter your fitness level or the type of activity that you like to do, there are workouts for you. (I was going to say “Just Do It” here, but then realized how incredibly corny that is.)
Grab the app here.
Thanks Nike!
