We all speak food. Whether for connection or healing, I’m obsessed with the power that comes from what we eat. This is why I’ve spent the past ten years crafting and hosting experiences that live beyond the dinner table.
Bio
Shannon Evans works in the space where event production meets food and beverage. From 2011-2018, she owned and operated Studio No. 7 a restaurant, bar and event space in Atlanta. Since then, she’s worked on projects for clients such as Atlanta Food and Wine Festival (event producer/curator for the connoisseur dinner series); Martell Cognac (beverage director/event curator for H.O.M.E. by Martell ATL); A3C Hip Hop Festival (food and beverage manager); Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (influencer dinner event producer) and Soho House. Additionally, annually you can find her in Jamaica where she creates a dinner experience for creatives called Holy Sip.
Shannon has a BBA degree in Journalism/Public Relations from Howard University and worked in communications/events for 10 years before moving to hospitality. She has obtained an Introductory Sommelier Course Certificate through the Court of Master Sommeliers and is currently pursuing her certification as a holistic nutritionist. She was listed as “Ones to Watch in Food” in the January 2018 issue of Atlanta Magazine.
