Plates and Crates. Valentine's Day Edition

Producer and vegan chef Dillon Maurer created a vegan dinner and vinyl session about five or six years ago. Crown Royal sponsored the most recent edition and asked me to create cocktails to pair with his menu. It was a really dope vibe and I’, so glad to have been a part of it. All of the food was amazing but the jackfruit crab cakes….ahhhh…oh my. Below is the recap video from the event.
