Since Lebron has been smacked out of the NBA finals and this infamous Lebron vs Kobe match will not go down, I wonder what the commercials will look like now.
If you’ve been watching the playoffs, you couldn’t have possibly missed the Nike puppet commercials with Lebron pup vs Kobe et. While funny, these commercials are part of the reason that I stayed up late at night praying that this would not happen. I’ve always had a problem with how the NBA decides to run it’s organization. Sometimes I even wonder if some of this stuff gets rigged. Especially after watching some of these bogus calls that the refs make or don’t make.
However, it’s extra disturbing when Nike gets in on the act. I know that it’s all about the money, but damn, how much more do you need. So yes, count me as one super ecstatic basketball fan that is thrilled to see something else other than blatant propaganda on my tele. And I don’t care what they say, Lebron is not happy despite Clevelands loss. Nope, not believing that. And I really can’t blame him. But, I can blame him for being a sore loser.
