It’s a good thing I’m not “dieting” and just watching what I eat. I would have surely blown it over the past 2 days with these great sweets.

Sparkling Jasmine Tea from the Golden Star Tea Company

Sweet treat #1: De lime & de coconut. I was shooting a launch party for Julianne Smith at Hello Cupcake on Wednesday where I tried this delicious bit of goodness.. Hello Cupcake is one of the newest stores on the Washington, DC cupcake scene. And they are absolutely delicious. I won’t go into a DC cupcake battle, but definitely give them a try.

Sweet treat #2: Sugar cookie. On Thursday, I had a cookie that from the Flour Pot that my publicist gave me the night before. Again, delicious! Not only was the cookie great but they come packaged in the cutest polka dot boxes. And anyone that knows me…actually I’m not sure who knows…but, I’m a sucjer for polka dots.

Sweet treat #3: White jasmine sparkling tea. I scored a bottle this tea made by the Golden Star Tea item. It’s one of my new favorite books. I wish I could tell everyone how great this stuff is, as long as they left a bottle or 10 for me. It’s the perfect combination of light and sweet with a splash of class. And even though it’s on my sweet treat list, I’m glad to say that it doesn’t have that much sugar. In fact! it only has 3 ingredients: water, tea and sugarcane juice. Win!
